John Lawlor earned his “on-the-job” MBA through his involvement with a start-up, a take-over, and a merger of equals. Each situation, while unique, involved several common characteristics related to creating and building a successful business. The experience provided tremendous opportunities to learn. John’s worked in a variety management positions and industries including manufacturing, retail, restaurants, and professional services. John is an acknowledged speaker, facilitator, coach, and business improvement specialist.

John Lawlor holds a BA in Economics from Saint Michael's College in Winooski, VT., is an Executive Associate accredited by The Institute for Independent Business, a Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business, President-Elect and member of the Board of Directors for the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce (MWCoC), a member of the Executive Committee for the MWCoC, a Certified Coach, Certified Master Level Mentor, Certified Behavior Consultant, and Certified Facilitator.
