2006 Sponsorship Opportunities

Premier Sponsorship - The Premier Sponsor will become the official business partner of the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce. A comprehensive and extensive marketing and public relations program will be designed especially for the Premier Sponsor and will concentrate on highlighting their company in a wide-ranging business community and public exposure campaign consisting of the following:

Chamber will spotlight the premier sponsor at all Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce (MWCoC) events; in all news releases and any other media related materials distributed by the Chamber.
Chamber will display the Premier Sponsor’s name and logo on all MWCoC brochures, marketing materials, advertisements and each Chamber newsletter (2-3) & Chamber Updates (10-12).
Chamber will reserve (4) Ľ page ads in the Chamber Update and (2-3) Ľ page ads in the Chamber newsletter The Ledger.
Chamber dues paid for one year.
Chamber will reserve feature space for a 200-300 word essay provided by the sponsor, on a subject of their choice in each of the (2-3) annual issues of The Ledger. Also provided will be space for an annual company profile page provided by the sponsor. The Chamber will reserve the right to edit the sponsor’s submission and final copy will be transmitted to the sponsor for review before publication.
Chamber will include four (4) free inserts/advertisements into Chamber Update mailings annually and give a (50%) discount on all other mailing inserts.
Premier Sponsor’s name and a black & white version of their logo will appear on the MWCoC’s stationery listing them as the Chamber’s Premier Sponsor.
Premier Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on all MWCoC event banners and will be displayed at all Chamber events.
Premier Sponsor’s literature (provided by the sponsor) will be displayed at all MWCoC events when deemed appropriate by Executive Director.
Premier Sponsor’s name, and color logo will appear on the MWCoC’s home page http://www.mwcoc.com.
A link to the Premier Sponsor’s website will appear on the MWCoC homepage as well as a page provided for the Premier Sponsor’s company profile.
Premier Sponsor’s logo will appear on all MWCoC advertising listing them as the Chamber’s Sole Premier Sponsor.
MWCoC will extend premier sponsor’s employees the membership fee rates to all MWCoC events.
Chamber will showcase the premier sponsor at one Business After Hours annually.
Chamber will provide one table for eight (8) for premier sponsor’s designated guests at either the MWCoC Annual Meeting or the Annual Awards Dinner.
Chamber will provide admission tickets for three (3) guests of the premier sponsor’s choice to all Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce Dunkin’ Donuts Business Collaborative Series Seminars.
Chamber will provide admission tickets for five (5) employees of the premier sponsor’s choice to all Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast Seminars.
Chamber will provide admission tickets for five (5) employees of the premier sponsor’s choice to all Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce Business After-Hours events.
Chamber agrees to have only one (1) Premier Sponsor for the stated period of this agreement, and will not seek a sponsor in the platinum (1) or corporate level who are considered in direct competition of the Premier Sponsor.
Chamber will reserve one ˝ page advertisement with prominent placement for all printed Program Books - MWCoC Golf Tournament and the Annual Awards Dinner at no charge and offer option to upgrade to a full page at a significantly reduced rate.
